      Great colleagues. This is a place full of talent, people, that want to bring change.

      Cons

      Lots of restructuring, upper management is oblivious to Morale drain.

      Decent but has much room for improvement

      Pros

      - Flexible work from home option is available - frequent employee surveys - local mgmt is good. Senior mgmt not so much.

      Cons

      - only high deductible plans Available. If you have prescriptions or medical condition, you will be out of pocket over $5k a year. - no formal training. Very ad hoc. They have cut training budget essentially to nothing. -401k has been reduced the last 3-5 years. -lots of long tenured employees (20+) years in regional offices that are sub-par and stuck in their ways -IT tools/Support is minimal. Very embarrassing. -Reorgs every 2-3 years - constant leadership and business model change

      Politically ridden, hierarchical culture that says it wants to change

      Compensation is above market if you perform well If you have strong sponsorship you can move around the organization High IQ

      Cons

      Bureaucracy People who hold onto their individual agenda vs what could be best for the organization Tenure is more valued than experience and fresh ideas Senior leadership unwilling and incapable of changing their behavior and lead by example
