I’m glad that you found our ethos to be a plus point when you worked here; a positive culture and strong values really matter when delivering people-centered services. Regarding tough targets - we pride ourselves on delivering quality services that achieve fantastic results for our customers and for the people on our programmes. For us, great results mean that more people’s lives have been positively impacted by our services. Our commissioners set us targets as part of our contract with them to ensure we achieve these results. At Ingeus we believe that every member of the team plays an important part in helping to deliver for our commissioners. It is the case that some of our colleagues, particularly those who work in the employability programmes, work towards achievable targets as part of their role.
