Pros
£35k salary is good and most of the employment advisors are amazing people. Management are ignorant and ineffectual.
Cons
Management above advisor level are a joke and bullies!! Targets are unrealistic and clients awful. 90% of clients do not want to work and haven't worked in years and are now unemployable. Many of them have a poor attitude and are grubby. Every week two or three advisors leave and most take a pay cut just to get out. The offices are filthy and clients coughing all over you means that staff sickness is very high. You will need to work till 8pm every night and you still won't get it all done. You are targeted on how people you sanction. You will be threatened with a Disciplinary at least once a week. This company is finished.
