We’ve got a lot of work going on in all of these areas, such as a pay benchmarking review and focus groups to get input from colleagues about our growth and development offer.       Vibrant and fun place to work

      I work for the Youth Services Division at Ingeus and I find it to be fun vibrant and very enjoyable. Good team spirit and achievable targets means you are not micro managed which creates a good working environment. Its rewarding helping young people book onto the NCS programme and shaping their future.

      Cons

      Late finishes at peak season can be challenging .

      Great place to work

      Pros

      I work for Ingeus within the Apprenticeship Division (Invisage) and it is genuinely great place to work. The senior management team listen to feedback from the wider team and act upon it to make the business the best it can be. I fully believe in and support the Company Vision and it's Values and there are regular updates for staff so that we can see how we are progressing against our goals. A healthy work-life balance is really import to me as I have a young family and working from home really supports this. There is also a great Flexible Working Policy which further enhances this. The Company invests heavily in staff development and I have been lucky enough to take part in the Management Development Programme which has really supported me in my role.

      Cons

      I am a social individual and I like being around people so sometimes working from home can be a little isolating. However, our division does arrange regular training, workshops, meetings, forums, team building and strategy days to ensure that we all stay connected.
