Straight forward informal screening call with hiring team, gaining details of experience and then interview with Manager and functional assessor. No unexpected questions and generally supported and kept up-to-date during process. Main interview was held via video call and calls with hiring team

good and quick. Asked competency based questions and situational question. No prior experience needed. They asked me to do a role play with a customer who was difficult and wanted a job and another one with someone who has health issues
