The biggest thing we can achieve as an organisation is to make a positive impact on the lives of the people on our programmes, I’m glad to hear that you enjoy being part of the Ingeus team and making a difference. Our target structure is in place because we aim to achieve fantastic results for our customers and for the people on our programmes. For us, great results mean that more people’s lives have been positively impacted by our services. Our customers (who are usually from government or business) set us targets to ensure we achieve these results.
