The team of people that you work with.

Cons

Lack of new contracts. The management need to listen to people doing the job on the frontline.

Thank you for the review; we value feedback from colleagues past and present so whilst it’s good to hear that you enjoyed working with your team, it’s disappointing that you felt frontline teams weren’t listened to. We make it our business to encourage listening and to support each other. Whether that’s through our regular employee surveys, ‘open door’ approaches or just through conversations and day-to-day work with colleagues and managers. You mention new contracts: we work in a complex, fast changing world which involves delivering contracts that usually have a start and an end. Sometimes, when big contracts are coming to an end the future can feel uncertain. But we have ambitious goals for the future and plans to get there. Our new business team are busy! And they have been very successful over the years, including in the last few months – we’ve just secured several large contracts in the employment and health sectors. We’re doing more to make sure colleagues are aware of these developments too, so that they can feel confident – and excited – about the future. Kind regards, Barry Fletcher

Pros

No pros worst organisation I have ever worked for.

Cons

Staff belittle clients and have reduced them to tears. Staff are actively encouraged by managers to falsify client records in order for them to be sanctioned. Bullying by management towards staff and from staff to clients.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We take any allegations of fraud or falsification of documents very seriously at Ingeus. Our governance, controls (such as separation of duties), extensive employee training and our values are amongst the many processes and mechanisms that should prevent this from happening. Thanks for taking the time out to write a review about your time at Ingeus. I’m pleased to hear that you valued the pay and benefits package and your colleagues. Others agree with you. In our most recent employee survey questions asked in the category of ‘My Team’ came out top. I’m sorry to read your concerns about support and performance. Our managers are credited for genuinely caring about team members’ wellbeing (by their colleagues) and as an organisation with ‘care and respect’ as a core value, it’s disappointing to hear that you didn’t feel supported. With regards to performance, we pride ourselves on delivering quality services that achieve fantastic results for our customers and for the people on our programmes. For us, great results mean that more people’s lives have been positively impacted by our services. The commissioners who procure our teams’ expertise set objectives as part of their contracts with us. At Ingeus we believe that every member of the team plays an important part in helping to deliver against these objectives and, so, certain colleagues, in certain roles, work towards achievable targets.
