IT department in disarray. There were 4 CIO’s during 2 years. No direction given. Organisation used to be part of government Probation service privatised in 2015

Cons

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
