Thank you for the taking the time to write a review about your experience of working at Ingeus. We are working hard to continue to recognise excellence and the contributions of our people. Earlier this year we introduced a new performance management framework that seeks to drive high performance, support development and reward excellence. We also have a strong ethos of promoting from within; more than 50 people got promoted last year and we have recently started to celebrate career progression through our internal communications channels so that we continue to build a culture of development. I’m sorry to hear that you had these concerns whilst working at Ingeus. Our values ask that everyone cares for and respects for one another, including listening to others’ views and supporting each other. This applies as much to people who manage and as it does to people being managed. It sounds like you experienced something different during your time with us and your reference to bullying – amongst other things - concerns me.
