Pros

Working from home, able to work with flexible hours, career opportunities

Cons

Lately, the social aspect of what was one of the great things about working for Frontiers has become less social for the general workers. However, for some upper management, there seems to be a budget to send everyone to Switzerland.

Pros

Pay is really good! and they work to make science open which is awesome. They celebrate milestones giving pizza and prosecco vouchers, people are nice, managers do check in with you and you have loads of perks, and at the end of the year you get a bonus based on the benefits achieved during the year.

Cons

Micromanaging is a thing, if you finish your workload you are going to be covering up for someone who has not, fast paced, and procedures do change often which can be confusing and frustrating.
