      Pros

      Home-based, flexible working hours and great people.

      Cons

      Constant changes with no time to work on improvements, leading to miscommunication among teams, lack of consistency in customer services and consequent issues that make work difficult to all. Managers need better knowledge of company processes.

Standardizing SOPs was a particular focus for 2023 - and is an ongoing project this year - and this inevitably brings about change.       Nice people but very short probation period and unreasonable setting of targets during that time.

      Nice coworkers Very personable line manager Budgets for team lunches Flexible working hours

      Cons

      Three month probation period where we didn't get any work to do for 1 month Targets being doubled within that probation period and us expected to adjust accordingly Constant micromanagement and massive pressure put on due to arbitrarily raised targets Gaslighting of employees who can't reach said targets even when they are working longer hours to try and achieve them.
