- Remote work possible - Nice co-workers - Salary is fair

Cons

- The most unprofessional company I've ever seen! - Experience does not matter - Too many incompetent people - Nothing but politics and private agendas - HR is very painful and incredibly frustrating (worst personal experience)

Most of the people are very nice

Cons

The C execs. They need to step back and enable their employees to get on with the job. Such arrogance, shooting people down in meetings. No leadership. No Vision. No plan. It is chaos.

Met some truly incredible colleagues

Cons

Many of those incredible colleagues were signed off from work at various points due to stress. Senior management are laughably out of touch and in my opinion seem to have little idea what they are doing. Monthly / yearly targets that my direct managers even acknowledged were not possible to achieve, pushing a service that offers such a marginal benefit to scientists that even after 3 years it was difficult to explain to them exactly why they should work with us. This company is a mess that does not care one bit about its employees and if you are reading this and considering applying for a job here - don't.

Yes our targets are ambitious, but they are also realistic and we have a 15-year track record of achieving them. Each employee also works with their manager to set their own individual targets, which are reviewed and adjusted every quarter.
