Pros

The people who work here (although a huge amount of people are leaving elsewhere, and others are looking)

Cons

Massive changes to the company has led to a shift in the internal culture towards a very negative energy. Problems that are brought up by staff members are not addressed and often brushed under the carpet. Staff (particularly specialists) feel severely undervalued, very low morale, and below average pay.

Pros

- Remote work - staff are incredible (lower down)

Cons

- No care for diversity or equality, there is rampant pay inequality across the company that comes down to basic issues like the gender paygap. They have no interest in improving or altering this. - Similarly, no care for how their employees feel - there are no employee satisfaction surveys and no interest in gathering data on who actually works there. They seem to think because they have employees across Europe that's all that matters. - Pay disparity across countries is vast - in some teams there will be two people doing the same role with a 16k pay difference. - long hours - upper management doesn't listen to their employees who are actually doing the role, instead they make mass changes at short notice without consultation, leading to confusion. - they hired so many people with no clue how to actually manage those people. The company is run like a start up but with about 3000 people.

Pros

People are very nice and collaborative and you can be as independent as you like in your role.

Cons

The biggest is a fake culture on the importance feedback- meaning that all levels of managements keep asking for it, but if you are honest and provide constructive feedback that is not " all is good and great and I am happy", you are labelled as negative and destructive and bullied. On top of that, there is no clear structure and top-down communication is so poor that it s almost unbelievable for such a big company.
