We use a lot of different communication channels, from weekly MS Teams posts to monthly leadership updates, an internal newsletter, monthly OKR reviews, quarterly department reviews, open doors sessions with senior leaders, and our quarterly company-wide meeting. Individual managers also cascade information through weekly team meetings, monthly department meetings, and 1:1s.. Nice people and if you are lucky with your project you can enjoy a lot of freedom in order to add value to the company.

Cons

It is a bit wild place to work, and you need to be lucky with management, because you can get micro manage real quick
