The environment often feels immature and unprofessional, with many inexperienced employees and a notably toxic atmosphere. Salaries are low — among the worst I’ve been offered. When it comes to raises, management is evasive, often giving excuses. The only effective way to secure a raise is by threatening to leave, at which point they may suddenly recognize your value.
