Cons

Unfortunately, it was the worst experience I had. You should expect to be micromanaged at work. While some people, particularly those dependent or juniors may appreciate this to some level, I believe that for executives, it’s the least valued aspect and only serves to limit them. The company is generally chaotic. Protocols are poorly defined/non-existent, and nobody seems to know anything; given the high turnover, this aspect is not surprising. The higher level is not independent, immature, and for the most part, unprofessional (though there are exceptions, they are rare, and if they respect and value themselves, I don't think they will last long in the company). The company hides behind the excuse, “We are a startup, and it is normal for everything to change quickly and be disorganized”, despite being founded for quite some time now. The constant changes and their urgency do not stem from real need but rather from a lack of knowledge. When everything is urgent and must be done immediately, doubts arise regarding the appropriate direction for the company.

Pros

Amazing people working here, the team is very young and active. They have great remote working policies, but only for the engineering team, not every team enjoy the same benefits.

Cons

Very high rotation, it's very uncommon to see people stay for more than 1 year. The CEO prefers to be surrounded with people who are loyal to him instead people who know how to do their job (this includes himself, because he need to be advised all the time by an advisor). The CTO doesn't do anything for the team. All the chain of command is passed from the CEO directly to the team leads. The salaries are low.

Bad salaries, no opportunities, no clear direction for the company, talent always leaving after a year, no manners
