      Beside the remote work I can’t see any other advantages

      Cons

      Low salaries and poor bonuses. Toxic environment due to poor communication with a blame culture. Poor leadership skills and favouritism. Limited Career Growth. Lack of empathy and recognition from team-leads and higher ups.

      A great working environment among collegues. Benefits (Fever 40% discount, gym, health insurance)

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Some departments are a really mess and objectives are not clear. High empolyee churn (people don't stay long and layoffs is aprox 12% anual). Salaries are low and increases are almost inexistent

      Great team in Madrid city centre with high human quality. Weekly workshops and agile rituals. They go for innovation and try new things. Well funded.

      Cons

      No remote working. Some departments supported with a high density of interns. Vertical communication can improve.
