      - great peers - remote work

      Cons

      - The pay is extremely extremely low. Even for Spain. And they would not even consider to increase it despite how extremely over qualified people are... because of that a lot of people come and go, which says a lot about the company. They don't care about you, or at least they don't if you are not a manager. So it is a good place to be for a bit while looking for a better job I guess or if you don't mind getting paid pennies

      Well structured company Colleagues are fantastic Provides training 100% WFH

      Cons

      The salary is a joke I made 16000 euros a year for a 40 hr work shift, You have to work weekends. There is 400 euro bonus but it's more like a dinosaur everyone knows it existed but no one has ever seen one.

      Coworkers are amazing, remote work is possible

      Cons

      Managers and leads only hire or upgrade people that are good friends of them. Do not expect to grow in this company if you’re a female, specially if you work in engineering.
