      Well structured company Colleagues are fantastic Provides training 100% WFH

      Cons

      The salary is a joke I made 16000 euros a year for a 40 hr work shift, You have to work weekends. There is 400 euro bonus but it's more like a dinosaur everyone knows it existed but no one has ever seen one.

      Hybrid work, flexible hours, discounts in Fever plans. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      Low wages (below industry). Volatile decision making and strategy. Unclear expectations and unclear leadership and ownership of tasks and departments. It’s not uncommon to stay after hours. No career plan and therefore no possibility for promotion. No bonus rewards or salary increase. Overall lack of recognition both in terms of compensation and appreciation.

      You learn, you enjoy. The people are great and I have a very positive experience with my manager and leadership.

      Cons

      You dont earn so well. No bonus in finance. If salaries were leveled to the market or a bit above, top talent could be kept.
