      Pros

      The starting pay is better than most average places and you don't need a specific skill set. The availability to move around to other locations and states is a plus. It can be easy work or hard work. it just depends on the volume of business that your center receives.

      Cons

      I don't see a lot of diversity among the staff. It seems that no matter what state I work in, the white people are in management positions and the minorities are "retail sales consultants". This is very evident at every meeting that I attend. They don't seen to try to help you to advance within the company and do not like to promote from within. Always pushing you to drive sales and never a pat on the back or a thank you.

      Pros

      -Easy to move up in company (too an extent) - Interaction with a lot of people -Tolerable work load -Potential overtime -Valuable production and -Smaller crowd

      Cons

      - All of the pros are not company wide (this is preferably in HCOs'(FedEx office in hotel) ) -Full-time status starts at 33 hours so if business is slow you may not always get 40 hours -guest at all levels can get angry because of charges and unreal expectations given by guest (be prepared for a few of them )

      Pros

      Large Company. Easy to move from place to place as long as you maintain a good review and relation with management.

      Cons

      Advancement is limited and company loyalty is not rewarded. HR is not a friend of the employee no matter what the corporate management wants the coworker to believe.
