      Pros

      Team oriented company, with many individual strengths, as well as knowledge to share. This makes everyday a new learning experience. Never repetitive. Always working together as a Team to create ideas and solve problems!!

      Cons

      Lack of communication amongst Management and Team Members, at times. Mostly, not staying involved and aware of current projects on both ends. Enforcement of job duties and accountability aren't consistent. Each Team Member has equal responsibility. Consequences of poor performance is necessary. To remind people to stay focused, and to eliminate becoming too comfortable.

      Many job opportunities for those who show initiative and can learn quickly.

      Cons

      Company is constantly vhanging sales tactics and strategies. Changes are not always translated to employees in a timely manner. Pay is not in line with knowledge required to perform job.
