Pros
Pay is good for being a major retailer in the industry. Benefits are decent as well as the cost of benefits Bonuses are good I'd you can hit them Some of the other perks you get are nice
Cons
Accountability and expectations varies from district to district Very quick to terminate employees over small infractions. They train out not up! Very high turn over company-wide Little to no training District mangers tend to stop employee transfers What they look for in a candidate for promotion is not the way they train you, you kinda just have to figure it out.
