Great young Fintech Company

Pros

It's a great, young & dynamic company to work for. Great atmosphere with loads of recreational areas, snacks, drinks and food is provided at the office. Usually several little engagement activities throughout the month and bigger ones during the year.

Cons

Depending on position and experience starting salary may be perceived as a little low, but there are loads of fast growth and development opportunities.

Global structure Apart from that, I don't see any other benefit

Cons

It's a good company to work for, depending on the team. In the HR team you have a very stressful cost-cutting environment and a leadership that is part omission and part toxic. You start to learn for a while, and then you stagnate for years in your career - practically losing time in relation to the market. They don't talk about career development, and when you get promoted they give you more responsibilities and no pay rise. I hope the HR team learns to deal with people, because for now they seem to hate it.

Been working there atmosphere not great in the Malaga offices my Team was not friendly specially the supervisor they make every to make you feel like you are useless don't even try to help you. Always doing 121 and talking nonsense. Feels like you were back to school like teenagers. Honestly they need to be more nicer and welcoming. A lot of fake people they only like when you speak Spanish but if you speak another language they don't like you they put you apart. They need to work on that.

Cons

Honestly it's just about sending money they make it like a big drama honestly.
