Our flat management team are generally considered to be approachable, accessible and supportive, and the 121s you refer to help facilitate this environment. Ebury is a global fintech company with 27 offices spanning 4 continents. We are extremely multicultural, with 1000+ employees who speak many different languages. For this reason, the primary language used in our Malaga office is English, especially in group or meeting environments.
