Pros

Free coffee and nice colleagues.

Cons

If they offer you a position for KYC analyst in the UK market please not accept the position. The management in this team doesn't have any leadership and coaching skills, there is no work ethic from their side, the target given to employees is unrealistic and there is no collaboration from First line management and supervisors to help you doing your duties. Most often employees work in a fearful environment, and it is almost scaring to rise your hand when you have a doubt, surely this will be used against you during your next business review. The kickoff training will leave you with a proper lack of knowledge on the job processes as the person in charge is not prepared and without any coaching abilities.

Pros

- You can learn a lot about FX, different clients or sectors, etc. and how to have meetings with the CFOs. The career plan is totally meritocratic, so you can be promoted the same day that you get your objective. - Nice young team. - Ebury celebrates the Bootcamps, it is a corporate event where during some days you have additional trainings, dinners and activities with all the people who have your same role in the company, so you can meet the Dutch, British, French, Greeks, Canadian ... and share experiences.

Cons

- You have to work on Fridays until 6:00 pm.

Thank you for your comments. It's great that you mentioned our training programme, staff training is we have really turned our focus towards in recent years to ensure our employees have everything they need to succeed with us. The regular Bootcamps give our front-office employees something to aim towards (as well as their promotions), and not only educate them on our latest products and developments, but also serve as a fantastic opportunity to learn from their colleagues around the world. Thank you for recognising their importance.
