Pros

Free snacks and coffee. Lots of rewards to people who doesn’t rock the boat. Best product in the market but align to the wrong organization

Cons

Poor leadership management. They promote among their own group and take credit from the hardworking employees. They don’t embrace diversity

Pros

Front-line people are great, friendly and collaborative.

Cons

Leadership doesn´t have the skills or experience to run the department. Turning into a big corporation where you are just a number and where you will be micromanaged. Lack of customer-centricity. Lack of processes, guidance and mentorship. No onboarding program for new hires. No proper training for CSM around a very technical and complex product. No career progression. Trying to do business in Europe like in America.

Very good product, very good workmates and very good energy and culture. Companies processes are updated with latest technologies.

Cons

I would appreciate more support and mentoring in the initial phase. Difficult to achieve Work-Life Balance
