Pros

Great innovative product, good people, good salary, nice office, and good work-life balance and flexibility.

Cons

Not many possibilities to grow in the company if you're not in a technical role. Processes change regularly which creates lack of consistency in workload. Mid-management is not really skilled at people management, they tend to be people that were good at their jobs and got promoted instead of actual people managers. Workload is high.

Pros

The stability that everything continues forward (no matter what). The product that, at the end, we are building things that, once you see them... look like magic! We have people good (in some areas) 3rd gen (the future of DT) looks really really promising

Cons

People can be left without a project overnight, in the worst possible way... and nothing has happened here, as if people had no attachment to what they do in their daily lives. The management that is being done at the level of capabilities (breaking them, dismantling teams, etc) + roadmap changes, etc. is a demonstration that sometimes we look like a headless chicken. Having more mid-managers has made it almost impossible to talk with a real customer. The 3rd generation is taking longer than desired to come out on time and with the expected results...
