The company has good culture and atmosphere, and the team is great.
Cons
The job itself may not be so interesting if you want to do creative work or have more human interactions at work. It's mostly about desktop research and report writing. And the industry is a small one so there are not so many career options in the future.

They have the worst managers in the world. Everybody is so pressured to hit their quotas that some are willing to do unethical things to reach them. Partners doing analyst work so they can reach their billable hours. Work is distributed within their own cliques and not thinking about the right person for the job. It is a disservice to their clients! Jerks are usually the ones that are able to grow...especially if you are a white good looking guy! Just go to their website and look at the lack of diversity within their leadership team!

Large company with lots of different business units. Exec team are open and looking for new opportunities - forward thinking and growing.
Cons
Company size can make things a bit slower and more cautious, central teams a bit separate from consulting teams - harder to build network, covid not helped
