1. A small but powerful company. 2. You can work really close with executives and senior managers that help you get decisions really quick so you can deliver your work much more efficiently. 2. The online solutions team are the best! They really know the product and always put the customer at the heat of it. We all now a days talk about buzz words such as 'Service Design' and 'Agile' but they really do it without even knowing it. They work directly with the customer and their feedback is extremely valuable.
Cons
1. Project Management was just concerned about telling people what and how to do it, without solid justification. 2. Upper management would tend to say "Be more like him, or be more like her" when 'him' & 'her' were the flavor of the month. 3. They have really good off-shore development teams but it would be ideal if they were in house. Understand about cost saving but quality, communication and speed to production would benefit dearly.

sometimes the work can be a bit monotonous, particularly as clients get more compliance driven and we need to use technology more effectively in these areas

One of the best companies in the industry for quality and service. Top class capabilities and very strong ethics. Attracts talented, smart people from around the world. Daily intake of problem solving for clients, so very stimulating intellectually. Can move around the company on client work or relocation. Pretty relaxed culture, diversity is improving.
Cons
Because the company offers amazing work and people, it gets away with mediocre financial and career rewards. Promotions and salaries are non transparent. Can pay 70-80%of market rate (Lomdon) for consulting and manager roles if promoted internally (vs external hires). New partnership structure still in early days - middle mngt squeezed til they drop to pay for the senior coverage. Many partners bring in zero money - its all down to low paid consultants to keep the lights on.

Fascinating work, good access to travel, intelligent people, very capable client facing staff, genuine insight and knowledge.
Cons
Pays well under industry average in CSC, has a terribly biased reward structure that disadvantages fee earning staff, has a business development department which, uniquely, refuses to write proposals or go to client meetings without babysitting and is generally quite extraordinarily incompetent, weirdly well paid and packed so full of ego that there is a visible force field surrounding them that defends them from anything but credit for other people's hard work.
