Pros

Ideally located next to the beach, nice benefits package,

Cons

Environment messy, space between each desk is extra limited, most training are out of the scope that your position fulfilled, feed back provided by employees is not followed up, access extra limited to solve level 1 issues

Pros

No real good reasons to work for this company.

Cons

Where to start... -Management is totally incompetent. -Employees are not trained at all. -There is no incentive to do well the job.(solve IT issues) -A lot of back stabbing, lies in the Barcelona office. The TL and DM managers are highly incompetent who got their job God only knows how. None of them is a Qualified Engineer or real Sales or Marketing Person. Nobody goes up because they work hard, it is really incredible to see. The results are catastrophic (Ask their Airbus client.)

Pros

Colleagues were very kind and helpful.

Cons

There are not much good to say, during my period there it went from a company that invested in people, to a full blown call-centre where staff were merely bodycount. Phone monkeys.
