Don't work there

Pros

Fruits once a week Not far from the beach Not the worst call center in Barcelona apparently (moneywise some call center actually offer way worse).

Cons

The direction and their team leaders treat their employees like children. They expect you to work, cope with the bullying and childish attitudes. Some of them will even do their best to put you down and have you fail if you're not friends with them. Most of the people there who managed to "upgrade" eventually are friend or family with someone in the management or HR. If you're professional, respectful and ethic, working there will become very difficult within just a few weeks. Want to make a bit of money for just 2 to 3 months? Then work there if you're really planning on keeping the job for 2 to 3 months top. Don't get too comfortable, don't stay longer or your mental health will definitely suffer from it.

Pros

The only thing I can think about is great teammates.

Cons

Bad salary and cheep company Company and management are lying to employees about benefits that you never receive. HR is a joke, when you have a problem you have to book a meeting with HR, no drop-in. HR does not care they only care about there on work. No technical understanding by management.

Good atmosphere thanks to colleagues Lots of nationalities

Cons

Management has no idea what's going on and they sometimes are incapable of understanding it So many process and tests to grow in the company Gap between team leaders/management and the rest of the teams (L1, SA) Salary: not enough for the effort provided Lack of diversity in the job (it's a call center, hard to ask for more...)
