Pros

Been working for booking for a couple of years. It used to offer good compensation, good working conditions. Since COVID the company stopped caring about their employees and sold the CS department to external company.

Cons

Same salary for a couple of years - not competitive any more in times of high inflation. No management support. An employee being just another number in their stats.

Pros

There are no benefits work here so I can not mention any.

Cons

Very stressful workplace. Leaders and team leaders mostly are not professional with no study backgrounds overall leadership is not professional. No promotions. No benefits that were promised at hiring. Treat employees as children, very embarrassing. There is no real help in case of mental health danger.
