Pros

Colleagues Great trainers Work schedule Access to knowledge resources

Cons

Micromanaged to the minute. High calls volume. Huge disconnect between CS department and managing teams. Faulty, incomplete or misleading products not being fixed for months. CS department constantly being pushed to increase performance with no pay raise/benefits in return. Overall quality of services offered to the guests and partners is quickly dropping due to higher management business decisions (ex. selling the CS department to Majorel = cutting benefits and all growth opportunities, limiting access to knowledge exchange and communication between colleagues).
