I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Portland, OR) in Feb 2013
Interview
I was introduced into the company through my manager who used to work for Target. I had a phone screen then an in person interview. During both interviews I was asked behavioral questions that questioned how good of a leader I am (since that was the kind of people they were looking for). Both interviews went pretty well and I enjoyed talking to both of the representatives. At the end, it was disappointing because they made me wait 3 weeks before they told me they are pursuing in other candidates. After the last interview, how the HR department handled things left a bad taste in my mouth.
