3 interviews coming out of college with no experience. They were all phone interviews except one. Great interview questions. I enjoyed the process a lot. I would recommend to at least give them a shot.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
Got to second phone interview. Everything seemed good. Then got email saying thanks but no thanks. Overall a nice experience. Interviewers were pleasant.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had someone who was struggling on your team, what you did to help them recover, and what the result was.
I was initially contacted by a recruiter from the company. I had applied online for another position and been declined via email. However it appears they did keep my application on file as they contacted me for this position. From the initial introductory phone call (which was also a basic interview), I was moved forward to a more in depth phone interview which I was told would last 45 minutes and it did. From there I was then given a face to face interview with the district leader and another store leader. This interview lasted about an hour and was very thorough. There was a lengthy amount of time between each step as the initial phone call came in February and the final interview came in June with a decision being made in July.

Question 1
I don't recall any one question being more difficult than the others. They were very much behavioural based questions requiring specific examples from past experiences. I found it very helpful to go into the face to face interview with 4 or 5 specific situations which could be used to address many possible scenarios (teamwork, overcoming unexpected challenges, motivation techniques, strategic planning, etc)
