Interview
Interviewed in April 2023. Call from recruiter, then a video call with 2 senior developers followed by a take home test using Django, All was good until the take home test, took them 3 weeks to come back to me after complting the task. Its marked by 2 seperate hiring managers, but its not a double blind, so if the first manager marks it as a no, the second will see this and is unlikely to mark it as a yes. Process is impelmnting a django admin page with results form meter readings. I would warn amy seniors applying to ensure you know DJango as regardless of what the recruiter states, its needed, as you will be competing against seasoned django developers.

Interview
It's clear from the start how long the interview process will take and what type interviews and tests will come up. I decided to go for another role before completing the technical challenge but everyone I had talked to so far was friendly, asked great questions and was happy to answer my questions.
