Received a telephone call quite quickly after applying from Aasimah from instant impact, the agency, and organised a skype interview with herself for the next day. She also emailed me with some questions to think about before the interview in preparation. The interview was around my degree and where I wanted to go with it, my previous work experience and why I wanted a role in customer service. The next interview was with a team leader from Octopus. Aasimah sent me lots of interview prep to go through and I felt really confident going into the interviews with all the information that was made available to me beforehand. The 2nd interview was more about seeing what I knew about Octopus energy and their competitors etc. And also a bit more about me and my interests and experiences. Next came the numerical and verbal reasoning tests which definitely took some practice to get used to but the website they used has the questions laid out well and felt easier than a lot of the other tests out there online. The final interview was with an operations manager and was to make sure I was a good culture fit and that I shared similar core values to Octopus. Got a phone call the same day with a job offer! All round had a really positive experience with both Instant Impact and Octopus Energy and can't wait to start!
