Had a screening call and first interview with the team. Was ghosted after that, even after multiple follow up attempts on my part. Made for a terrible candidate experience, no candidate should be ghosted.

Interview
The interview process at Merge was great! Super supportive interviewers who made me feel comfortable during the interview. And great correspondence with the team in a timely manner. The interviews were fair (LC mediums) and the interviewers really focused on how you arrived at your solution.
Very straight forward process. Everyone that I spoke with were very open on the job, the company and what was expected.
Seems like a great place to work given the fact that they are growing so much.
