During my interview with the VP of Talent, I had a positive experience with the recruiter, who was friendly, respectful, and approachable. However, I would like to offer some constructive feedback to improve the interview experience for future candidates. While discussing the work culture, the recruiter placed a strong emphasis on in-office work and the long hours that some employees put in (9 am - 9 pm), which may not be appealing to all candidates. Additionally, the recruiter mentioned the company's "family-like" culture, but took a few days to follow up, which left me feeling uncertain about the outcome, especially given the comment about not having time for "air," which may indicate a culture of overwork. While I appreciated learning more about the company and its impressive product, I believe that a more balanced approach to sharing information would enhance the interview experience for all candidates.
