Hands-down this was the best interview process that I've been through in a while. The TA team was extremely thorough and communicative in sharing the next steps, preparation, and feedback. My interview process moved very swiftly, and efficiently and they checked in the day before my interviews to see if I had any questions. Every interviewer was engaging, gave thoughtful responses, and was very transparent. There was a bit of repetition with each interviewer asking about my appetite for working onsite every day in a very small startup environment. However, it was understandable given how important these topics are to their company culture and setting everyone up for success.
