The process was professional and comprehensive. I was impressed with the thoroughness at each stage. The process started with an introductory zoom call with the hiring manager. It was more informal and a get-to-know-you type interview. We talked about my understanding of the Merge product and value prop. Step two of the interview process was a 3 hour technical test, measuring outbound and problem solving ability. The final stage was an onsite interview with four people separately, from an AE to the CEO. Merge strikes me as a place that guards their culture, and makes sure every person who joins is bought in, excited to work hard, and excited to contribute to building a great product.
