Interview
HR usually calls you for a preliminary interview just to check on the details of your resume. Then, if you pass, you will be scheduled to have an interview with the training manager where the interviewer will give you scenarios and a role play in selling credit cards.
The interviewer often would like you to do most of the talking and would encourage you to state your "Fit" for the job. If you pass the managers interview, HR will shoot you an email for onboarding.
