CIBC Financial Service Representative interview questions

I received an invitation for an open house at the CIBC tower on rene levesque. There many HR personel conducting 1 on 1 interviews with the candidates, it was my turn, she asked me about my X-employer and how it is related to the current position and focused mostly with her questions on the sales target we used to have and how i used to deal with customers.
