Regarding the topic of wefox salaries being below market pay - our Rewards team is regularly investigating the market, and so far has not found any evidence that confirms this statement is true in the cases that were brought forward. Furthermore, your salary can always be discussed during the annual cycle during your performance review with your manager.

      Nice to work with low salary

      - Nice colleagues - Nice office - They really like to help each other no matter what. This is what I see, I do not care what people say. - No stress, people say 'chaos', I do not think these people have not seen a real "chaos" yet. - Flexible hours

      Cons

      - Benefit: Someone should explain what the benefits are in details. As an Employee, it is hard to find how you can get the benefits. -There are not much benefits if you compare with the other companies. - Low salaries! I hope management will see what's going on in the world! Half of our salaries are directly going to homeowners! - Low tech equipment. (We need new computers. Mine will die soon)

For example, since September we have already introduced Hrmony app for our employees in Germany, an easy-to-use application for lunch reimbursements.
