      Change of culture

      Pros

      I have been hire with a great progressive culture and people trusted what I could bring to the company.

      Cons

      After 1 year I don't see much perspective in my job, and the culture is turning way too much into "don't ask what wefox can do for you but ask what you can do for wefox". I think this puts the whole responsibility only on the employees, and the leaders do not take accountability for how the employees are feeling. The culture of performance is not replacing kindness and I'm not sure I'll be here for much longer if this does not change.

      Very interesting work environment and many opportunities to grow personally and professionally. Very engaged leadership team and nice colleagues.

      Cons

      Scale-up environment with change from startup to enterprise - without fully being one of both.
