      Company invests in innovation projets and Digital transformation Lots of very inteligent people to work with and share experiences A lot of challenging project to work with in top companies in their segment

      Very weak in management consulting lacking an identity and methodology to work with Very high turaround rate even in the senior level (managers and directors)

      Pros

      Payroll comes in a regular basis. Benefits are not too bad, pension schema is not the worst I've ever seen.

      Cons

      Everything else. They took the mismanagement (a.k.a.: worst practices) from Spain, then you can expect slavery-like conditions. This cannae work for too long. After 2 years, only one from the original team remains.
