Pros

401K match. Literally no other pros

Cons

Wouldn’t even know where to begin. But to name a few: - Terrible work culture. No one has any incentive to adapt to US work culture. There is zero work life balance and innovation and thinking outside the box is frowned upon. - Language: Everything down to the documentation is in Spanish, which happens to NOT be a hiring criteria...so how exactly do you expect English speakers to succeed here without any support? - Training: Or the lack thereof. There is absolutely no concept of training or documentation of any kind. You are thrown into a “project” which is already a mess to begin with and expected to understand everything without being provided any context. - Terrible managers: They have no idea what they are doing and essentially set you up to fail by setting unrealistic expectations without providing any sort of help or context. There is a double standard for certain people who can get away with anything because of personal relationships but everyone else is essentially on their own. - Extreme lack of professionalism both internally and with the client. - Company equipment - the 200lb Everis laptop is nothing but a heavy brick to carry. People use their personal laptops for work...which goes against all protocols of security and maintaining confidentiality of company documents. It’s insane. - Project team. What is that? Oh right, it’s comprised of one person who wears multiple hats and gets burnt out by doing things well above what they get paid to do. And with zero training and support from management. -Discrimination and bullying. This is a real thing if you are not of Spanish origin. Again, you will be set up to fail and everyone will talk about you in Spanish and ultimately deem you as a bad employee because you couldn’t “adapt” to the insanely ridiculous and unethical culture. And going to HR for these things is utterly useless because they mask the problem (I.e. writing good reviews on Glassdoor to mask the bad ones...) This list could get longer and longer but the company essentially has no sense of transparency or any idea of what they are doing. Working here and thereafter applying to other jobs makes one realize that this place has zero transferable skills to give you. The managers treat the analysts as secretaries and there is a massive massive communication void. I use the term analyst loosely because there is no analysis work being done. It’s mechanical testing work and writing large sets of documentation which will likely never be used or referred to. Overall this place is a mess, and there is a lot of shady internal things which really stunt the professional growth of its employees. At the core - you are set up to fail unless you have a personal relationship or friendship with someone in management - as 95% of it is peoples boyfriends and girlfriends and husbands and wives who were brought here from Spain to work...
