      The people are great to work with. The administrative staff is always helpful and kind. The new headquarters building is OK.

      Cons

      Bad Managers and specially terrible partners without a coherent business perspective. Most of them don't have a business background... just previous IT consultants that replicated the accenture model.

      you can start your professional career just when you finish your studies at the university and you can get a lot of experiencie in a few years, which are very valuabled in the market. You can earn a lot of money if you stay four or five years comparing with other companies.

      Cons

      you have to know that working in a consultant company implies that you dont have free times on weekdays, even weekends. You have to be very comitted to the goals of the company in order to work.
