Pros
Payroll comes in a regular basis. Benefits are not too bad, pension schema is not the worst I've ever seen.
Cons
Everything else. They took the mismanagement (a.k.a.: worst practices) from Spain, then you can expect slavery-like conditions. This cannae work for too long. After 2 years, only one from the original team remains.
