They have finally changed their name to NTT Data, their parent company. Hopefully, that will attract a more diverse group of people.

Cons

* Minimal Work/Life Balance * Management is more concerned about lining the pockets of partners than the well-being of employees * If you're not a Spaniard (as most of them are) you are treated as a second-class citizen, among them.

Nice crew of people and a generally open quality culture between peers. Good general company culture for young people looking to develop themselves technically,

Cons

Body shop - not a consultancy. Short term outlook. Profits over people: Both staff and customers. Saw several people hired supposedly on permanent contracts only for them to be told later it was temporary. Don´t fall ill.....you may lose your job ( saw 3 cases in 24 months). Low senior manager integration with floor staff.

You learn a lot of things related with the technology. I was learn a lot of Java and javascript development.

Cons

You work sometimes until 11 at night, or even weekends. They would say, I will pay the pizza. No compensation.
